Okay, all it needs is for a page to have a link to that "made up" URL and Google will index it and show it as a 404. Have you checked your site map (often in the root folder as sitemap.xml or similar)...

This does not mean that your site is hacked. It's just that these urls were crawled by google bot and found it as not found 404 pages.
