Wordfence scan results show that malware has infected my site - capalabaphysio.com.au with the following details;

File contains suspected malware URL: /mnt/stor6-wc2-dfw1/429320/890212/www.capalabaphysio.com.au/web/content/wp-admin/admin-header.php

Filename: wp-admin/admin-header.php
Bad URL: [removed from public forum]

One option is to delete the file - does this delete admin-header.php?

I am using Wordfence for security but have been infected. Does Wordfence only advise me after I have been infected or should it have blocked this threat? Should I use more than Wordfence, does that introduce conflicts?

It would appear that the js script for 'çlickevents' is the problem Do I just open every php file and delete that wherever I find it?

Thanks, Chris
