Just wondering: Your plugin is wonderful, since it helps recognizing possible threads. Can you explain why WPSEO is a possible thread?
Your plugin shows "Backdoor Script" for ...wp-content/plugins/wpseo/wpseo.php
It is the latest version of the WPSEO plugin and obviously you know what you are talking about. What is automatically changed when I fix the problem with your software please?
