I went through that list of resources above and completed everything mentioned.. nothing worked. I called GoDaddy and they looked around a little bit, the first time the website was displaying completely blank (white page) and they saw that the .htaccess file was modified and they updated that... the second time I called they had me clean out the database... the last time I called they helped me go through the IP address log, found nothing out of the ordinary.
GoDaddy has nothing else to offer. It seems like most of this type of hack happens on GoDaddy servers, I don't know if that is directly associated with them or what. They haven't been able to find anything, nor has Sucuri.
