Malware in Litespeed ?

I scanned my site with the Wordfence plugin and it detected several lines of this type:

File appears to be malicious or unsafe: /home/kbsqhxuj/declafoot.com/wp-content/litespeed/js/0fbac8adb4b52bd14b3c52d10bdab9e3.js

how to remove this malware please
