How to determine the cause of an intermittent malicious redirect

I have a problem of an intermittent malicious redirect to a porn site. Occasionally, when I select a page it will redirect to the porn site. However, if I immediately select the page again, the correct page appears. The problem only occurs once or twice a day. It exists on the site https://www.jws-counselling.co.uk/ AND on the site https://dementia-counselling.co.uk/ – these are both hosted on TSO Host (same account).

I have installed Wordfence on both sites and the “high sensitivity” scan shows no problem. I have also scanned each site with VirusTotal and Sitecheck and these show no problems.

The problem occurs on two separate computers on my network and I have run MalwareBytes and Zemana on both and all is clean.

I am struggling to work out where the problem lies – is it with my WordPress websites, my computers or somewhere else e.g. the hosting company?

Any ideas – thanks?

Peter
