Help! Wordfence Scan Failed: The current scan looks like it has failed

Hello everyone from Italy!
I have Wordfence installed in my website but its scan always fails.
I get this error message: “Scan Failed
The current scan looks like it has failed”
I tried looking for solutions in this forum, but didn’t find any way to fix it… Any idea? The server is not down and I deactivated some plugins that may interfere like NitroPack.
I also checked the option “Use low resource scanning (reduces server load by lengthening the scan duration)”, but didn’t help…
The Limited option scan, which doesn’t consume a lot of resources, doesn’t work either…
