Strange folders showing up in wp-content folder

Hi. There are strange folders showing up in the wp-content directory. They don’t appear to have actual folder names, just extremely long strings of code. I can delete some of them but not others. See screenshot:

Any idea what could cause this? I asked my host, Cloudways and they suspect malware. I scanned it with Malcare but it didn’t find anything.
