serialized autoloaded wp_options (malware detected by https://labs.sucuri.net )

Recently had prompts that the site has a malware after a site scan from succuri

Serialized autoloaded wp_options item called br_filters_options

Could this be rectified?

I have removed br_filters_options from wp_options, site comes back as clean
