Found Critical and High Priority Suspected Malware after Scan

Hi there,

I did a scan with Wordfence and it gave 42 files that appear to be malicious (High or critical priority), although everything seems fine on the front-end.
Should I try and clean these files or just let them be there?
My concern is that if I delete these files I might break the website…
