hello, i am having issues with the latest update for the Quttera Web Malware Scanner as it is shown error. Please help me look into this

this is the error message below:
An error occurred while updating Quttera Web Malware Scanner: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE (-4) : Missing archive file ‘/tmp/quttera-web-malware-scanner.3.2.1.66-Ah40ft.tmp’
