My website was sending spam emails to qq.com via jet-pack and my host ipage shut down my website.
I have deleted jet-pack. I installed the re-captcha plug-in (as I didnt know how to install it through wp-config.php file via filemanager. I do not code so it was my worst nightmare.
I’ve no idea if this is enough. I do not know if I can reinstall jet-pack. If I do, is the re-captcha plug-in doing the same as pasting the key from google into the file?
I thought jet pack was supposed to keep me safe from this very thing?!
