SecurityOptions on "Google-SafeBrowsing - domain is Malware?"

Google is currently reporting my friends website as dangerous and suggesting to visitors to not visit it.

I've run iThemes Secuity and Securi Security and both are reporting back that their isn't any issue.

But when I visit http://www.virustotal.com and search the website its reporting the following:

Detection ratio: 3 / 67

ADMINUSLabs Malicious site
Fortinet Malware site
Google Safebrowsing Malware site

I cant work out whats going on, any ideas?
