You should rename it back to /plugins/ and active it one by one to see which plugin is causing this issue. Once you find out you can delete its folder using FTP and report it here on this thread so we can see if it's a wordpress.org plugin, in case the plugin team will suspend it if there are some security vulnerabilities.
