I noticed something weird today when I saw several new admins that I didn't add. I deleted them. Later when I updated a certain plugin (cant remember exactly which one) It jumped me to a porn site, and now whenever I click on "plugins" it takes me to another random site. I saw other posts here on this topic but many involved installing helpful plugins and I can't really do that. What should I do to start cleaning up my site and getting it back in working order?
