hipperdehop on "[Malware virus] on clients website"

I'm working on a website for my client: Link
Since a month it has a really angry virus, when navigate on the website, it wil open multipul spam website's, like mackeeper.

I tried multipul anti malware plug ins, but they don't seem to work. :(
