Hi therr, it's me again. I'm hoping you'll be wiling to help me more in-depth, as I thought this problem had been resolved but it is back.
Before I resolved this ticket, a tech support person at my hosting company stopped the 500 errors by pointing my website to my blog folder. It screwed up all my links but I was able to do a search and replace for images and such. However, I didnt realizet until yesterday tha all the links from my blog to files in my www folder and the folders within it (/epk, /media, etc.) no longer work. The files were there but it was rendering a 404 error as if the paths weren't valid.
I had a friend help me by figuring out what she did and pointing the site back to my www folder, but now the 500 errors have returned. You ment I Ned before that you might be willing to look deeper at how to resolve this issue. If that offer is still on the table, I'd really appreciate your help. I am truly at the end of what I know how to do and the resources I've been able to find online.
Thank you
