For this particular infection I usually load up adminer.php, export the wp_posts table as a precautionary backup and then search the wp_posts table for anything that includes the word 'binary'. You'll likely see a list of several hundred posts that you can remove.

Just be careful to double check your wp-admin posts page for any legitimate posts that happen to contain the word 'binary' so you don't remove them by mistake.

Once it's all removed be sure to change all your passwords and update all software on your site. Also doesn't hurt to check for any bogus wp-admin administrator users.
