cookney on "Website Hacked - Lots Of Spammy URLS Generated"

my website was hacked and now we have thousands of generated urls such as

http://foamymedia.com/index.php?/backstreet/1711/binary-options-no-minimum-deposit.=&ljlre=2&catid=1711

so how can we remove these?

i have scanned my site and no malware or backdoors exisit anymore and WPEngine has scanned it also and got the all clear. however we now have thousands of urls which have been indexed and we are generating traffic to the site from them..

help!!
