TranceFixxed on "$dtdjr Error String on all Posts / Pages"

Turns out I had a "Blackhole Exploit Kit" Malware infection - An extra line of code had been added to the Header.php files in my theme.

Malicious code has been removed and all passwords have been changed. Everything appears to be OK now...
