owentech on "[Plugin: iThemes Security (formerly Better WP Security)] Allegedly Detects Malware But Files Don't Exist"

I installed this plugin today and ran a malware scan.
It reports some malware and gives URLs but when I go to my file manager, the files do not exist.

Secondly, it does not offer to fix the problem.
