InvaderStu on "Malware infection when W3 Total Cache plug-in is active"

Hello

I recently discovered that some malware had gotten onto my site. I'm not entirely sure when it happened but it explains why Google has been indexing less and less of my pages. A scan with GTMetrix which revealed a bunch of redirects were happening when my page loaded (for things like scorecardresearch.com).

After some investigating it seemed to be coming from my ShareThis set up. I removed ShareThis (and switched over to JetPack) but the Malware didn't go away... until I disabled W3 Total Cache.

As long as I keep Total Cache off everything is fine but the moment I turn it back on the Malware is back. I even tried uninstalling Total Cache and reinstalling it but no joy.

Does anyone know how I can fix this? Did Total Cache save a cache of the malware from ShareThis somewhere? Do I still have some infected files hidden somewhere?

Thanks for any help.

My site is: http://www.invadingholland.com. The total cache plug-in is currently off though.
