Hello guys I found the solution. The url http://www.wpregs.org/jquery.js showed up in the cached files from the plugin W3 total Cache. So if you are experiencing the same thing as I did, delete your cached files. And use another plugin for now. I reported this 'error' to W3 total cache to see if this a known issue
