Note that Updraft and UpdraftPlus are not the same plugin - this is the forum for UpdraftPlus, but your message is about the obsolete Updraft plugin (which hasn't been updated for ~3 years).
I'd recommend you de-install Updraft, and install UpdraftPlus instead.
