I'm really hoping someone can help me figure out what's wrong here...

I have several Wordpress installs hosted on my server. They are all operating normally, except for one: indianajill.ca.

A couple of days ago, I visited the website to check in on it and my anti-virus software (Avast) blocked access to the site. Figuring I had a virus, I logged in to my FTP and checked the files. Everything looked fine. I went into cpanel, nothing strange there.

So I figured it was just me not knowing what I was looking for and since I was planning on doing a site redesign anyway, I deleted the install (after backing up my posts, comments, and pages) and performed a clean install of the site as per this guide (as suggested by the Wordpress Codex): http://smackdown.blogsblogsblogs.com/2008/06/24/how-to-completely-clean-your-hacked-wordpress-installation/

Once that was finished, I logged back into my site and am still getting warnings from my anti-virus. I contacted my host, who scanned my folders and files and says everything is clean. I checked with Scuri, but it can't read my site at all, for some reason (they say it's because I have a firewall or something else blocking it, which I do not).

I'm at a loss of what to figure out next. I have an email in to Avast to see if it's a case of a false-positive, but given that it's the only site on my server that's doing this, it feels like it must be infected somehow.
