Oooor... you could just try using the oEmbed functionality built into WordPress like so.
[embed]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oHg5SJYRHA0[/embed]If you paste that iframe like that you'll suffer huge debilitating pain when you accidentally use the Visual Editor. Using the embed code like that will work and you can use the Visual Editor.
