Thank you again for your help! I was able to follow all of the instructions, and remove the corrupt theme.
Then to log in to the WP site it required me to repair the database. I ended up with the following errors, and it was suggest I repost them here for further assistance.
wp_4nyfs0nsc4_options: Table 'hool2433377584.wp_4nyfs0nsc4_options' doesn't exist
wp_4nyfs0nsc4_postmeta: Table 'hool2433377584.wp_4nyfs0nsc4_postmeta' doesn't exist
